Herb Robert Tea Bags 30's  Herb Robert or Geranium Robertianum is an amazing plant. Some gardeners in the Northern Hemisphere would say it was a pest as it is so able to self seed and pop up in all sorts of places. During a trip to England i saw it growing out of cracks in stone walls and even around gravestones in church yards! If only the anti-oxident properties of this amazing herb was something everyone knew.

Used traditionally as a folk medicine to help with digestive issues such as diarrhoea and colitis, it contains polyphenols and tannins that are said to scavenge free radicals. It is also said to show anti-hepatic, anti-bacterial and anti-glucosidase properties. Much has been written about this herb, scientific evidence however is lacking.

Overall Herb Robert is an innofensive tasting herbal tea.

Suggestion: One or two cups daily with a bit of lemon and or honey
